Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Pre-orders takes about 2 weeks to get shipped out. Please, be informed that delays might occur due to carrier issues, festive season, inventory availability and more and we are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances. Please, be patient we are working our best.

Due to the nature of the products express shipping is not available.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 AUD within Australia.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia and to certain international destinations only. Worldwide shipping may be available in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or accidental purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. 

Luxury Link reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet these requirements.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. The cost of return will be the same as shipping cost and will be paid by the customer.

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for secure checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement and to do that contact our team. After that, we'll do our best to help.

A: At Luxury Link, all products in our Luxury Collection of miniature perfumes, makeup, and decants are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorised suppliers. Our Affordable Collection offers 99% similar replicas, giving you the luxury experience at an accessible price.

Q: Do you offer product warranties?
A: No, we do not offer product warranty.
